What is your late, reschedule, & no-show policy?
At Gavaya, your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes appointments need to be re-scheduled or canceled. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, we must also ensure that each patient receives their full treatment time without causing delays for others. This policy is designed to encourage punctuality and support our ability to deliver the highest standard of service to everyone.
ARRIVAL TIME
- Please arrive for your appointment 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows for extra time to attend to your paperwork etc.
LATE ARRIVALS
- If a client arrives 10 or more minutes late, we will make every effort to accommodate you the same day if the schedule allows. Unfortunately it may limit the time allocated for you and may result in reduction in the number of areas we can treat. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- Any session that is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 fee. The only exception to this cancellation policy is in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency. Some examples of emergencies are car accidents, deaths in the family, or extreme illness. Work issues do not constitute emergencies. This cancellation policy also applies even if missing the appointment was an unintentional act. Waivers are determined on a case-by-case basis at the practice management’s sole discretion.
